About Us

ABC Management Software ("ABC app") is a cloud-based platform for running Animal Birth Control (ABC) programmes — the street-dog sterilisation and anti-rabies vaccination programmes that animal welfare organisations, NGOs and municipal contractors operate across India under the ABC Rules, 2023.

The platform digitises the complete capture-to-release workflow: dog registration at the catching vehicle with GPS and photos, kennel admission and allotment, pre-operative assessment, surgery and anaesthetic drug registers, anti-rabies vaccination records, five-day post-operative observation and feeding rounds, GPS-verified release at the capture site, and GST-compliant billing to the municipal corporation. It also covers the operational side of a centre — biometric staff attendance, medicine inventory and indents, expenses and petty cash, vehicle log books, complaint registers, and automated daily reports to municipal officers and NGO administrators.

ABC app is offered as a subscription service: organisations pay per active centre per month, with a 14-day free trial and no payment details required to start. The platform supports multi-centre organisations with role-based access, so vets, centre managers, catching teams and NGO admins each see exactly what their role requires.
