Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only
ABC Management Software is a digital, software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods and therefore no physical shipping, no shipping charges and no delivery fees of any kind.
2. How and when you get access
Access is delivered instantly, online: as soon as your payment is confirmed (or your free trial starts), your organisation's account is activated and you can sign in immediately at this website with the credentials you registered. Account invitations for your team members are sent by email, usually within minutes. Nothing needs to be installed — the app runs in any modern browser on desktop and mobile, and can be installed as a web app from the browser menu.
3. Documents
Invoices, GST tax invoices, receipts and reports are generated and delivered electronically — viewable and printable inside the app, and emailed where you configure scheduled reports. If you do not receive an invoice or an activation email within a few minutes of payment, check your spam folder and then contact care@zoazoneservices.com.
4. Delays
The only circumstance in which access can be delayed is a payment that takes additional time for the bank or gateway to confirm (for example, some net-banking transactions). In such cases access is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within the same business day.
