Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Who you contract with
These terms govern your use of the ABC Management Software platform ("ABC app", "the Service"). The contracting entity depends on where your organisation is based:
Customers in India contract with Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd, 376, G3, Road No 82, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500096, India ("Zoa India"). Subscription payments are collected in Indian Rupees (INR) through Cashfree Payments as the payment aggregator. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Customers outside India contract with Zoa Zone Services LLC, 1770 Grand Concourse 12A, Bronx, NY 10457, USA ("Zoa LLC"). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the applicable contracting entity above.
2. The Service
ABC app is software-as-a-service for managing Animal Birth Control (ABC) programmes: dog capture and registration, kennel management, surgery and anaesthetic records, vaccination registers, post-operative care, release records, municipal billing, staff attendance, inventory and reporting. It is provided on a per-centre subscription basis and is intended to help your organisation meet its record-keeping obligations under the ABC Rules, 2023. The Service is a record-keeping and management tool; it does not replace your organisation's professional veterinary or legal judgement.
3. Accounts and your organisation
An account is created for your organisation when you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for the actions of the team members you invite. You must invite only genuine members of your organisation and assign them roles appropriate to their responsibilities.
4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and mandates
Subscriptions are billed per active centre per month, or per centre per year under the annual prepay option. All amounts are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every charge.
Auto-renewal: where you authorise recurring billing, payments are collected through mandates registered with your bank or card network — UPI AutoPay, eNACH, or a card mandate. Before each debit, your bank will send you a pre-debit notification in accordance with RBI rules; you may approve or decline it. Recurring charges continue until cancelled.
Cancellation: you may cancel a subscription mandate at any time — from the Pricing page in the app, from your bank's UPI AutoPay / eNACH management screen, or by writing to care@zoazoneservices.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: you retain full access until the period you have already paid for runs out, and no further charges are made after that.
5. Payments
Payments in India are processed by Cashfree Payments, a PCI DSS-compliant payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers. Failed or duplicate debits are refunded automatically by the gateway (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Access to the Service requires a valid subscription; when a subscription lapses, data is preserved but write access is paused until the subscription is renewed.
6. Your data and content
All animal records, registers, photos and reports you create in the Service belong to your organisation. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, back up, process and display that data to your authorised users, and to generate reports you request. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise. Data handling, retention and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unauthorised access to other organisations' data, no attempts to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no use of the Service for any unlawful purpose. Records entered in the Service should be accurate and truthful — these registers may be relied upon for statutory and municipal reporting.
8. Availability, support and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, and provide support Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST at care@zoazoneservices.com. We may improve or change features from time to time; if a change materially reduces functionality you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimise disruption.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, secure and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on data recorded in the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On request after termination, we will make your organisation's data available for export for a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators by email or in-app notice.
12. Grievance officer and contact
For customers in India, the Grievance Officer under the IT Rules 2021 is Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd, care@zoazoneservices.com — complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within 15 days (see Contact Us).
